Quik Video LLC (“Quik”, “we”, “us”, “our”) providesvideo-based communication, imaging, and workflow solutions to automotiveretailers and service centers across the United States. Our products helpdealerships improve customer experience, transparency, and efficiency throughvideo, messaging, and digital media tools.

We are committed to compliance with U.S. federal privacylaws (sector-specific), as well as all applicable state privacy laws,including but not limited to:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
  • Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
  • Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)
  • Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)
  • Other enacted state consumer privacy laws, depending on where residents are located

3) Our role (Controller vs. Processor / “ServiceProvider”)

Under U.S. state privacy laws:

  • When we process personal information on behalf of dealerships or OEMs, we act as a Service Provider / Processor.
  • When you interact with us directly (e.g., website, communications, business relationships), we act as a Business / Controller.

If your personal information was provided to us by adealership, that dealership remains the entity responsible for your data. Wewill assist them in responding to your privacy rights request but cannotrespond directly without their instruction.

This privacy notice applies to:

  • Visitors to Quik websites
  • Users of Quik products and platforms (dealership staff)
  • Dealership customers whose data is processed through Quik tools
  • Individuals who communicate with us
  • Business representatives of suppliers, partners, or customers

5) What “Personal Information” means

“Personal Information” means information that identifies orcould reasonably be linked to an individual or household. Examples includenames, contact details, identifiers, browsing data, and media assets.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personalinformation unless required by law or directly provided by a dealership (e.g.,VIN, repair information).

We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Dealership-provided data (Service Provider role

We collect data:

  • Directly from you through product onboarding, support interactions, and forms
  • Automatically when you use our websites or systems
  • From dealerships or OEMs who upload customer data
  • From trusted third‑party lead generation providers

11) MarketingCommunications

We may send marketing communications where permitted under:

  • Federal laws (CAN SPAM, TCPA)
  • State privacy laws (opt-out rights for targeted advertising or profiling)

12) Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We use AI technologies to drive efficiencies within our CitNOW products to provide our customers with better outcomes. We use AI in line with our internal policies and procedures (including human oversight where applicable).

Your personal data may be processed by providers of AI either directly sourced by us or via third party AI tools embedded in systems providing IT services to us. Any use of AI technologies by us will be in accordance with technical and operational safeguards appropriate for data types.

AI functionalities are only available through selected products and services, and are not a requirement of our Products or Services at this time. In the event of a Product or Service including AI functionality, Customers will be made aware of this before subscribing to this through their contracts.

AI Functionalities shall include transparency statements where applicable.

Depending on your state of residence, your rights may include:
